Aroma Fruity wine with rich flavour of wild visciole's cherries, wild berries and blackberry; the spicy hint given by the Sagrantino grapes is well integrated with the hint of the wood and the traces of vanilla and black pepper
Taste Balanced start rich with smooth tannins and a sweet finish; harmonious thanks to the perfect synergy of between wine's and oak's tannins.
Food matches first courses, red meat, game, cold cuts and matured cheeses.
